YB is an experienced Barre instructor and Personal Trainer who brings great energy and a supportive, feel-good atmosphere to every session. Expect upbeat coaching, a fun playlist and plenty of encouragement throughout.

Her Barre classes combine controlled movements, strength, and high-energy sequences to deliver a full-body workout that challenges, tones and leaves you feeling energised. Suitable for all abilities, YB will guide you through each movement while keeping the class fun, welcoming and motivating.
